I highly recommend St. Arnolds. I don't know what they put into it, but it seems to work.

43 miles in three days culminating in 14 miles at an 8:14 pace. You need to stop hogging your secret success formula and share it with the rest of us mere mortals. Pretty please.

Good to see you again today Dennis. I filed my taxes and did not take the Ike casualty loss credit (thought it was under the cap). Thanks to your blog, I realize it is allowable on top of the standard deduction. So I will file an amended return at least for the 5k$ insurance deductable. I owe you a cut!

I wish I had more time to "fancy-up" my page. but, it's a start. Maybe one-day I can be a professional blogger like you. The running has been going very well. I'm going to enjoy the ride for as long as I can.

HAHA! Nothing like a towel malfunction to keep the security guys on their toes. ;) Sounds like you had a good run. My ideal time to run is between noon and 3 PM, but my schedule rarely allows that, of course! Good luck with your second trip around the world! :)

Hi,

A link to your post "Another Tempo Run" was picked up by WordPress as related to a post of mine with the same title, so I thought I'd stop by and take a look.

Amazing that you've already notched up a run around the world and even better that you're logging the next lap. Keep on pounding those pavements (or are they sidewalks where you run?)

Best wishes from England,

Kieron
